phmanalo Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the phmanalo platform at phmanalo.org ("the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phmanalo Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and phmanalo.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of phmanalo following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use phmanalo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active phmanalo account. This is a hard requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful. phmanalo is primarily operated for and marketed to Filipino residents. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account with phmanalo. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether registered through phmanalo's own self-exclusion tools or through the PAGCOR national exclusion registry.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Registration on phmanalo requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date.

phmanalo applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at phmanalo's discretion at any time, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys national ID, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of linked GCash wallet showing your name).

phmanalo reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within the period requested will result in account restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phmanalo is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Report any suspected unauthorised access to phmanalo support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

phmanalo supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Remit, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: phmanalo targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions, and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfers. Actual timing may vary due to bank or e-wallet provider processing times.
• Fees: phmanalo charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount, to comply with AML requirements.

phmanalo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. All funds in a phmanalo account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phmanalo offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• A standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion description.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
• phmanalo reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim a bonus where it determines the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other activity aimed at circumventing bonus terms.
• A maximum of one (1) active welcome bonus applies per Player. Claiming a bonus under multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account termination.

All promotional terms, including game contribution rates and maximum bet limits during bonus wagering, are published on the relevant promotion page on the phmanalo Platform.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phmanalo use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently audited and certified for fairness. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers operating in regulated studio environments. Game-specific rules, Return to Player ("RTP") percentages, and house edge information are accessible from within each game or on the relevant game information page.

phmanalo does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a session, the following rules apply:

• Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded to the Player's account.
• Where a game result has been determined by the RNG or live dealer prior to the disconnection, that result stands and winnings are credited accordingly.
• phmanalo is not liable for losses arising from a Player's own internet connection issues.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phmanalo Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account in your name;
• Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or phmanalo staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any game to obtain unintended winnings;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Republic of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA);
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or subject to a PAGCOR exclusion order;
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your phmanalo account.

8. Responsible Gaming

phmanalo is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of time spent and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Cool-Off Period: A short-term break from gaming of 24 hours to 6 weeks without full self-exclusion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmanalo Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive property of phmanalo or its licensed third-party game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence to use phmanalo's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Platform as intended.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from phmanalo without prior written authorisation from phmanalo.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmanalo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

phmanalo is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if phmanalo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits phmanalo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Suspension & Termination

phmanalo may suspend or permanently close a Player account at any time without prior notice where phmanalo reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to phmanalo;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• PAGCOR or another regulatory authority requires phmanalo to take action.

Upon closure of an account for cause, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances (i.e., funds deposited by the Player net of any bonus or prohibited activity) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following investigation and KYC verification, unless required to be frozen by PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting phmanalo support. Voluntary closure does not affect any winnings already credited to the account prior to the closure request.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phmanalo Platform shall first be submitted to phmanalo's internal complaints process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phmanalo's internal process within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory review. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

13. Amendments

phmanalo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the phmanalo Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
